4. Sales Report (Did the staff upsell)
- Did the staff offer a drink
- Did they propose a side dish
- Did they offer to add a protein to a salad, etc.

5. Environment and Cleanliness Report
- Did the restaurant look clean and well maintained
- Were the bathrooms clean and well maintained
- Was the music too low or too loud
- Was there a chemical cleaner smell like bleach, etc.
- Was the menu clean and free of stains
- Were the staff standing around chit chatting or focused on guest's needs
